How The Process Works

All TELECONFERENCE appointments will be made by registering yourself and your pet through the Eprogresstracker electronic medical records portal. All communications with your provider will be through Eprogresstracker.
See below the steps to make an appointment with a Green Nile provider.

Once your intake and consent forms are submitted, click on the Appointments button in the left bar. When the Appointments page opens, look on the right side of the page and click on the Request Appointment button and a window will appear with schedule options. Fill out the Request Appointment form and pay for the appointment. Your provider will review and confirm your appointment or send a message if anything needs to change.

Tip:
If Request Appointment is disabled that probably means your intake and consent forms were not fully submitted.

5

Watch for appointment details

After your provider confirms the appointment, you will receive a notification from eprogresstracker that includes a link to the appointment details (e.g., a link to join a video session or address for in-person visits) and how to upload medical records.

6

Upload medical records

To give your provider adequate time to review the previous medical records, please try to upload the last 3 months of records within 48 hours prior to your appointment. Examples of medical records are exams, written reports, X-rays, and lab test results. Contact your primary care veterinarian or specialty veterinarians directly to obtain records.

7

Get ready for your consultation

For video consultations please log into eprogresstracker and click on the appointment confirmation message on your dashboard. Here you will find the zoom link. For phone consultations, expect a phone call from the provider at the appointment time. Feel free to write down any questions you have so you can be prepared for the conversation.

8

View the Dosing Guidance Form

Within 48 hours of  your appointment, you will receive a dosing guidance form from your provider with product options and guidance on dosing.

9

Secure messaging

Depending on the type of consultation you have selected, you will have the option to communicate securely with your provider. Just log into Eprogresstracker and click on the Messages button in the left bar.
